A white woman is seen drinking at a bar after stabbing her Nigerian boyfriend to death, while her victim’s family mourns.

Courtney Tailor Clenney stabbed Christian Toby Obumseli, a Nigerian-American man, to death at their Miami apartment on Sunday, April 3.

Courtney was arrested, but she threatened to commit suicide, so police committed her to a mental health facility under the Baker Act.

Using the Baker Act, officers in Florida can commit a person to a mental health treatment center for up to 72 hours.

Courtney has not been charged and is free to go.

She was seen in a bar with her father on Friday night, April 8, and the Nigerian woman who saw her harrassed her out of the bar.
